How the teams are made

The whole list is shuffled once, then cut into teams whose sizes differ by at most one — the larger teams first. Everyone is used exactly once. The teams are random: skill, level and anything else about a person play no part.

The teams are decided the moment you press the button; the short animation only shows them. Your list lives in this page's memory: it is never sent, saved or put in the address, and a reload forgets it.
